We, the members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saint, believe in the same gifts that the prophets of old have. We believe that all those gifts are given by the Holy Ghost to help us serve each other. Today we have a prophet named Thomas S. Monson who receives revelations for the Church and the World. Also, individuals can have revelations for themselves according to their needs. If a person have faith, s/he can be healed by those who hold the priesthood authority to heal the person. If a need arise a person can interpret different languages and understand what is being said. There are many gifts that are given according to the person's need, situation, and so on provided they are worthy of the gifts and have the Holy Ghost as their constant companion.
